Our Office

We provide excellent dentistry in a relaxed, warm, friendly environment. Our patients are treated in a manner in which we ourselves expect to be treated. It is very important that patients see the same familiar faces, if possible, on return visits. We take the time to listen to our patients!
We recently replaced our Sega video game console with an up to date Touch-2-Play console to go along with our Lego table, children’s books, magazines, newspapers and a flat screen T.V. in the reception area. There is a large selection of magazines and newspapers for all to enjoy, which are current and kept up to date. There is also a flat screen T.V. in each of our three operatories.
In 2013, the office was renovated and expanded to improve our service. We now offer appointment confirmation reminders via email and invite patients to register for our portal. This will allow patients to request appointments, alter their medical history, and update their profile.
We have a new sterilization centre with the latest cleaning and sterilization equipment. Our instruments are mechanically washed, and dried. The instruments are bagged or wrapped and sterilized in one of our two pressurized steam sterilizers. Also for your protection, the air in our facility is cleansed and purified by a Surgically Clean Air Purification system. Continuing education for all our staff is encouraged through attendance at the Annual O.D.A. Convention, Winter Clinic, lectures and courses. We keep up with new technologies, techniques and materials used in everyday dentistry. We are trained in WHMIS, CPR and have a cardiac defibrillator (AED) on site.
We are very proud of the fact that our patients have been very loyal to us, even after relocating out of the area.
We are always accepting new patients.
